Our main driver for 2012 is the production of energy efficient homes, with a low carbon footprint.
Residential Lettings Kipper own a portfolio of residential properties for lettings throughout the UK, from compact single apartments, to penthouse suites, and a selection of 1, 2 & 3 bedroom homes.
Commercial Lettings Kipper own & manage a series of commercial units, throughout the UK, from 1,000 sq. ft. to 20,000 sq. ft. The individual specifications vary from office only accommodation to secure units with yard facilities.
Portfolio Management Kipper offer a project management service for the operation & management of investment dwelling portfolios, throughout the UK. |
